LM5163HQDDARQ1 is an Automotive high-temperature buck DC/DC converter with ultra-low IQ. The LM5163HQDDARQ1 operates over a wide input voltage range, minimizing the need for external surge suppression components. The LM5163HQDDARQ1 is qualified for higher temperature profiles than required by automotive AEC-Q100 grade 1 and is available in an 8-pin SO PowerPAD? package. Its 1.27-mm pin pitch provides adequate spacing for high-voltage applications.
