LM5164QDDARQ1 Description
The LM5164QDDARQ1 synchronous step-down converter is designed to adjust over a wide range of input voltages to minimize the need for external operation suppression components. A minimum controllable opening time of 50 ns helps to achieve a large step-down conversion ratio, resulting in a direct step-down from 48 V rated input to low-voltage tracks, thereby reducing system complexity and solution costs. If required, the LM5164QDDARQ1 can operate at a duty cycle of nearly 100% at an input voltage drop as low as 6V, making it the best choice for high-performance 48V battery automotive applications and MHEV/EV systems.
