This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, 10 terminations are present. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ when operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 2.1MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.8V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 650mA output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 36V for this voltage regulator 12v. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 13.5V to meet the operation requirements. The LM536005 family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator.
