This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 16 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 2.1MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 3.9V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage.
