optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are 22 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 22-VFQFN package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount, Wettable Flank mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~150°C TJ. 2.1MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Regulator 3.9V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3.9V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 3.5A output current of voltage regulator. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 36V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
