LM70CILD-3/NOPB Product Details
LM70CILD-3/NOPB Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) package protects these analog sensors. It is recommended that analog sensors be packaged in 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad packages to prevent damage to the devices. To operate properly, the sensor has pins 8. As far as this electronic part is concerned, there are 8 terminations. During normal operation, the analog sensors can supply 260μA current. DC circuits containing this sensor should be able to supply a maximum voltage of 5.5V. However, this magnetic switch can be used to supply DC circuits with voltages as low as 2.6V. If the GND terminal is grounded, the GND current should flow 490μA.
