LM70CIMM-5/NOPB Overview
To ensure the safety of these analog sensors, they are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). A 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package protects analog sensors from damage. In order to operate properly, this sensor has 8 pins. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it has 8 terminations. In operation, the analog sensors could provide 260μA current. DC circuits containing this sensor should be able to supply a maximum voltage of 5.5V. The minimum voltage provided by this magnetic switch can, however, be 4.5V. GND should flow 490μA current to analog sensors. The sensor works as long as it receives 260μA current. In order to achieve the best performance, the sensor's current output should be 400μA. A sensor's voltage output should generally be 2.4V.
