LM70CIMMX-3/NOPB Product Details
LM70CIMMX-3/NOPB Overview
In order to ensure safety, these analog sensors are packaged in the Cut Tape (CT). As a measure of protection, analog sensors are enclosed in 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages. A 8 pin is required for proper operation of this sensor. This electronic part contains 8 terminations. Analog sensors may supply 260μA of current when operating. The maximum voltage supplied by this sensor should be 5.5V in the DC circuit. A magnetic switch may provide a minimum DC voltage of 2.6V in a DC circuit, however. In the case of analog sensors, the current flowing from the GND terminal should be 490μA.
