LM71CIMFX Product Details
LM71CIMFX Overview
In order to protect the sensors, they are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). As a precaution, the analog sensors are placed into SC-74A, SOT-753 packages in order to protect them from damage. This sensor has 5 pins for proper operation. The electronic part has 5 terminations. During operation, the analog sensor is able to supply a current of 300μA. In the DC circuit, this sensor should provide a maximum voltage of 5.5V. The minimum voltage supplied by this magnetic switch, however, may be 2.6V in the DC circuit. The current flowing from the GND terminal should be 550μA for analog sensors.
