LM73CIMK-1/NOPB Overview

The Tape & Reel (TR) package protects these analog sensors. A SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package protects the analog sensors from damage. As a result, the sensor has 6 pins for proper operation. This electronic part has 6 terminations. When operating, analog sensors could supply 320μA current. DC circuit should have a maximum voltage of 5.5V. The minimum voltage supplied by this magnetic switch, however, may be 2.7V in the DC circuit. If an analog sensor has an GND terminal, the current flowing from it should be 495μA.
