LM76002RNPT Description
The LM76002RNPT regulator is an easy-to-use synchronous buck DC-DC converter that can drive up to 2.5A (LM76002) or 3.5A (LM76003) load current from the input, up to 60V. Peak current mode control is adopted. Other functions such as adjustable switching frequency, synchronization, FPWM options, power good marking, precision enabling, adjustable soft start and tracking provide flexible and easy-to-use solutions for a variety of applications. Light load automatic frequency return and optional external offset improve efficiency. The device requires only a few external components, has pins, is designed for a simple printed circuit board layout, and has the best-in-class electromagnetic interference (CISPR22) and thermal performance. Protection functions include input undervoltage locking, thermal turn-off, circulating current limitation and short-circuit protection. The LM76002RNPT device adopts WQFN 30-pin lead-free package, and the side can be wet.
