LM8801TME-1.2/NOPB Product Details

LM8801TME-1.2/NOPB Overview

For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, 6 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 6-WFBGA, DSBGA package to save space. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Voltage regulators should be operated at -30°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 6MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.3V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 600mA. 5.5V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. In the particular voltage regulators, the LM8801 family is represented. A voltage of 1.2V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. There are 6 pins that are used for the operation of the voltage regulator 12v. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at 1.2V at least. External factors do not affect voltage regulator's consumption of 27μA A of quiescent current. Switching regulators with the ALSO OPERATES IN PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE feature are more efficient and stable.
