It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, 6 terminations are present. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 6-WFBGA, DSBGA package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -30°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 6MHz. Regulator 2.3V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.3V. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.6V as the nominal input voltage. As part of the LM8801 series of regulators, the voltage regulators can be found.
