LM90CIMM/NOPB Overview


In order to protect the sensors, they are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). It is recommended that analog sensors be packaged in 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages to prevent damage to the devices. There are 8 pins on this sensor for proper operation. This electronic part has 8 terminations. It is possible that the analog sensors are operating with a current of 800μA. DC circuits should have a maximum voltage of 3.6V. Although in a DC circuit, the minimum voltage supplied by this magnetic switch can be 3V. The analog sensors could supply 3.3V voltage when it operates. GND should flow 1.7mA current to analog sensors. In order to achieve optimal performance, the sensor's current output should be 10μA.
