LM94022BIMG/NOPB Product Details
LM94022BIMG/NOPB Overview
It is for safety reasons that these analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). A 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 package protects analog sensors from damage. This sensor has 5 pins for proper operation. This electronic part contains 6 terminations. Analog sensors may supply a current of 5.4μA when they are operating. GND should flow 8.1μA current to analog sensors. The sensor can work with 5.4μA current nominally. In order to achieve optimal performance, the sensor's current output should be 7mA. Sensors output voltages of 6.5V as a general rule.
