LMH6629SD/NOPB Overview
There is a 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. Op amps are Voltage Feedback types of amplifier on the chip. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Tape & Reel (TR) case. A total of 8 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks.
