LMK03001DISQE/NOPB Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 48 terminations to be found.
