LMK03328RHST Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 48 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. LVCMOS is designed for clock generator's input.
