It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 48 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL.
