The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result of this, we can find 48 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V.
