LMK04110SQE/NOPB Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. In it, there are 48 terminations to be found. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed as this clock generator's input.
