Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 2.5GHz maximum. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel.
