There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are 5 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. The space-saving SC-74A, SOT-753 package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 1.6MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 3V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible.
