Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. This harley voltage regulator has 6 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. The space-saving 6-WFDFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 3MHz.
