It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 5 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 1.6MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3V as an input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 5V is required for switching regulator operation.
