LMR10520YSD/NOPB Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 6 terminations were made. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 6-WDFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. There is a switching frequency of 3MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.6V. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 5.5V. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 5V. LMR10520 is a family of voltage regulators that belong to the DC/DC industry.
