Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. This harley voltage regulator has 6 terminations. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 6-WDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 3MHz.
