There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 1.25MHz.
