LMR33620AQ5RNXRQ1 Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. This harley voltage regulator has 12 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 12-VFQFN package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount, Wettable Flank bracket. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 400kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3.8V as an input voltage. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 5V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 2A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 36V for this voltage regulator 12v.
