LMR33620BRNXT Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 12 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 12-VFQFN package to save space. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount, Wettable Flank mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1.4MHz.
