A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There are 12 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 12-VFQFN package for the purpose of space saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount, Wettable Flank mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 1.4MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 3.8V. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 1V. The output current of 3A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. 36V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided.
