LMR36520FADDAR Overview


In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-PowerSOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. 400kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.2V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 2A output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 65V. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 24V is provided. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 5V. On the basis of the maximum output voltage of 28V, adjusting voltage regulator can be operated easily.
