LMS36353QRNLRQ1 Product Details

LMS36353QRNLRQ1 Overview

There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 22 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 22-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Surface Mount, Wettable Flank-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TA temperature while operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 250kHz~500kHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 3.3V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 3.5A output current of voltage regulator. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 36V. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 13.5V to meet the operation requirements. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family LMS36353. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 3.3V. In order to operate voltage regulator, there are 22 pins that must be connected. As a member of the Automotive, AEC-Q100 family of DC/DC regulators, this part is prominent in many specifications. In addition to adding efficiency and stability to the harley voltage regulator, the PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE ALSO USED feature brings even greater benefits.
