LMS36355QRNLTQ1 Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, 22 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 22-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. Surface Mount, Wettable Flank-mount switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 250kHz~500kHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.9V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 3.5A output current. 36V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 13.5V to meet the operation requirements. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the LMS36355 family of products.
