For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 22-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Surface Mount, Wettable Flank-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. There is a switching frequency of 250kHz~500kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3.9V as an input voltage.
