LMS3655AMRNLT Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 22 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 22-VFQFN Exposed Pad package to save space. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount, Wettable Flank bracket. Operating at -40°C~125°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 250kHz~500kHz.
