LMS3655MMRNLR Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 22 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 22-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. Surface Mount, Wettable Flank-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TA when operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 250kHz~500kHz switching frequencies. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 1V. As a result of the 5.5A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 36V. An input voltage of 13.5V is required for switching regulator operation.
