There is a 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. General Purpose-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for delivering the op amp. The number of terminations is approaching the 14 mark. Buffer amplifier has a total of 14 pins on it. Please take in mind that op amp should be run at 5V. There are two types of Operational Amplifier op amps in this case, and this device falls into one of them.
