In order to protect the op amps, a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used. An op amp ic of the General Purpose type. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. A total of 14 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks.
