In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3V. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, TTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator.
