967MHz is the frequency in which RF modulator operates.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 28 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 28-pin RF module.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.It must not be less than -30°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the RF modulator's supply current in the 17mA range.
