On the basis of the frequency 1321MHz, RF modulator operates.RF ICs with enhanced 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad packages are excellent with common characteristics.This RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.This is a 28-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.A minimum operating temperature of -30°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.
