In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 36-WFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are a total of 36 terminations in this file. Basically, a voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock.
