LMZM23600SILT Description

The integrated-inductor power module LMZM23600SILT was created especially for industrial applications with limited space. It has two fixed output voltage options of 5 V and 3.3 V, as well as an adjustable (ADJ) output voltage option that supports a range of 1.2 V to 15 V. The LMZM23600SILT can output up to 500 mA of current and has an input voltage range of 4-V to 36-V. Due to the fact that it only needs 2 external components for a 5-V or 3.3-V output design, this power module is incredibly simple to operate. The LMZM23600SILT is designed with performance-driven, low EMI industrial applications with space-constrained requirements in mind. A real indicator of the system state is provided via an open-drain, Power-Good output, which also eliminates the need for an additional supervisory component, saving money and board space. High efficiency and excellent transient responsiveness are guaranteed for the whole loadcurrent range thanks to a smooth transition between PWM and PFM modes and a no-load supply current of only 28 µA. The LMZM23600 is pin-to-pin compatible with the 1000-mA output current capability LMZM23601 for simple output current scaling.
