LMZM33603RLRR Description

Power MOSFETs, a shielded inductor, passives, and a 3-A, step-down DC/DC converter are all included in the low-profile LMZM33603 power module, which is an easy-to-use integrated power solution. This power solution does away with loop correction and magnetics part selection from the design process and only needs four external components.

The 18-pin, 9 mm by 7 mm by 4 mm QFN packaging is simple to solder onto a printed circuit board and provides for a point-of-load design that is small and low-profile. The LMZM33603 is a fantastic device for powering a variety of applications since it has a full feature set, including power good, programmable UVLO, prebias start-up, overcurrent and over-temperature safety, and more.
