LP2975IMMX-12 Description


The LP2975IMMX-12 LDO Controller makes it easy to design a high-current LDO regulator. The LP2975IMMX-12 can produce an ultra low dropout regulator with a very low quiescent current by using an external P-FET.

  • Low Operating Current (typically 180 pA at V|N = 5V)
