LP2982IM5-4.0 is a type of 50-mA, fixed-output voltage LDO available in a SOT-23 package. It is specifically designed to provide ultra-low dropout and lower noise in battery-powered applications. A suite of protection functions is provided when operating, including overtemperature and overcurrent protection. With an optimized vertically integrated PNP (VIP) process, the LP2982IM5-4.0 LDO regulator is able to deliver optimum performance in all specifications critical to battery-powered designs.
