LP2998MR/NOPB Overview

Currently, it supports a total of 1 outputs. For ease of transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 8-PowerSOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). It's ready to ship in Tube packages. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. This shunt regulator targets at Converter, DDR and other applications. To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~125°C TJ. This external regulator requires a voltage of 2.2V~5.5Vas its input voltage. The PCB or other board has a Surface Mount for mounting. In this power supply regulator, there are  8 pins. Normal operation requires 5.5V operating supply voltage. It is recommended that the electrical regulator outputs a value of 1.5A at the present time. This rectifier regulator requires input voltage ≥ 2.2V. It can perform many demanding tasks since it is supplied with a voltage of 2.5V. A maximum current of 1.5Ais intended to be produced by the voltage regulator. There is a quiescent current of 320μA in this alternator regulator. An interface IC OTHER TERMINATOR is used with this rectifier regulator.
