LP2998QMRE/NOPB Product Details
LP2998QMRE/NOPB Description
LP2998QMRE/NOPB is a type of DDR termination regulator for automotive applications. It is specifically designed to meet JEDEC SSTL-2 and JEDEC SSTL-18 specifications for the termination of DDR-SDRAM and DDR2 memory. Excellent response to load transients can be achieved based on a high-speed operational amplifier and superior load regulation can be delivered based on a VSENSE pin. The output stage is designed to prevent shoot-through while delivering 1.5 A continuous current and transient peaks up to 3 A in the application as required for DDR-SDRAM termination.
