LP87521ERNFTQ1 Overview


In this voltage regulator, there are 26 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 26-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A Surface Mount, Wettable Flank mounting is required for this switching regulator. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TA is essential when operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 2MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.8V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 10A. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.7V is provided. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the LP87521 family.
